Project Bookings

Projects such as sleeves and back pieces are recommended to be booked all at once. This prevents long gaps in completion time and reduces the likelihood of the overall tattoo looking patchy, or different in technique.

Artists do evolve and change their approach and equipment from time to time and this can show in larger projects that aren’t completed in a timely manner. The design process is also preferrable, as the entire project will be designed in oppose to just a section, giving it a better flow and unity.

Projects such as a sleeve can take between 4-6 sessions give or take design. Back pieces can be 6-8 Sessions.

Project bookings, require a deposit of £300 to secure all the dates required to completion. This is the equivalent of 3 tattoo session deposits but will stand to reserve all the sessions required to complete the project.

Sessions will be booked between 3 to 6 weeks apart depending on the client’s availability etc.

The deposit amount is not redeemable until the final session and will be taken off the amount due on the day.

Appointments can be moved, provided notice is given minimum 2 working days before the scheduled appointment. If an appointment needs to be moved a 3 times, then the deposit of £100 is deducted as per our standard deposit rule.
If the client does not show up or leaves it too late to inform the studio then £100 is deducted.

If the client violates the terms of the deposit agreement twice leaving only £100 of the deposit left. The studio has the right to cancel all further appointments until the £300 deposit amount is restored.

If the client completely changes their mind about the project, then only the initial £100 deposit will be forfeit and the remaining £200 will be refunded. This is due to the artist having already invested the time to design out the entire project and not just a singular design.

Any additional consultations the artist may need for completing the project is not charged and will be at the artist discretion to give you the best possible tattoo.

The artist retains all rights to the original artwork. This means if the project were to be cancelled for whatever reason, the client does not have the right to request the artwork from the artist despite any financial exchange.
