Islay is a 14k pear bezel threadless end with a matching round bezel/pair dangle combo end all connected by a fine 20mm gold chain.  

Islaya double pin design is perfect for connecting 2 piercings.  It measures 3.2mm x 36mm with 2x3mm x2, 2mm CZs.
